My Sports

It is said that sport can help you to keep a clear mind, minimize mild depression and reduce stress. I would say it's just a great thing to keep your body in shape and most of all enjoy !

Sports i like to do are cycling, mountain biking, swimming, spinning, golf, tramping. Currently i'm most active in the cylcing area. the planned activities for 2009 are mentioned below
